What this site is

This website is the marketing and enquiry site for Heal Trust Trading Company, a licensed medical technology distributor based in Kabul, Afghanistan. It is not a clinic, patient portal, or treatment platform, and it does not knowingly collect patient health information.

What we collect

Currently, this website collects information only if you choose to submit it through the contact form or by emailing us directly: your name, company name, email address, and whatever message content you include. The contact form is presently a prototype — see the notice on the Contact section of the homepage — and messages are sent by opening your own email client (mailto), which means the message content passes through your email provider, not a Heal Trust server or database.

This site does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts. No behavioural tracking of visitors currently occurs.

What we do not want you to send us

Please do not include patient names, medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other confidential health information in the contact form or in emails to us. This site is for business enquiries only.

How enquiry information is used

Information submitted through the contact form or by email is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.

Retention and third parties

Not yet finalised. How long enquiry emails are retained, and whether any third-party service will ever process them, has not yet been decided by Heal Trust. This section will be updated once that decision is made — until then, treat this as an open item rather than a settled policy.
